Getting Started with WaveToGet:

Congratulations, you received your WaveToGet cards! Watch the video on the right side of the screen to get started easily.

User List:

If you click "User List" you will see a list of all the users that have your store cards. It will display their card number, card holder name, card holder phone number, card holder email address, the date and time the card was created, the loyalty program level (the level of rewards available for the card) and whether it is active or not. If you click on a user from this list, you will be able to edit the card number, card holder name, email, phone , card rewards level, expiry date and change the active/ not active status.

Manage Points:

If you click "Manage Points" you will see a list of all the users that have your store cards. It will display their card number and name. If you click on a user from this list and if it's active, you will be able to convert all of their points to dollars, add amount of points (you enter the amount in the equivalent dollars), add amount of dollars and redeem dollars.

Card History:

If you click "Card History" you will see a list of all the users that have your store cards. It will display their card number and name. If you click on a user from this list you will see all of the card's activity in the past – whether it is adding points, redeeming dollars, converting points or adding dollars to the card.

Add New Card:

If you click "Add New Card" you will see a form with a "Name", "Card ID", "User Email Address" and "Phone Number" fields. Once you fill out all those fields you will be able to add a new card to your store.

Add Registered Card:

If you click "Add Registered Card" you will see a field where you can enter either a card number of someone who has been put in the system – but not tied to a specific store OR a registration code of a user who has registered on the wave to get website.

Employees:

If you click "Employees" you will see a list of the employees in your store. If you click on a user from this list you can edit their name, their email address, their phone number, their level of authority and if they are active or not.

You can create new employees by clicking "Create Store Login" and filling in the form with the Employee's Name, Email Address, Phone Number and set their level of authority in the wavetoget program. Once you click "Add Store Login" in the form, you will get a blue box with a temporary password for the employee to access it.

Admin level gets the same access as you – the access to edit everything in the store.

Store Clerk level get access only for the user list, manage points and card history page.

Card Stats:

If you click "Card Stats" and fill in the start date and end date of the range you can get full analytics and statistics of your store or add the card number to the optional card ID field in the search form to get analytics of a specific card.

Analytics include: a chart of total points based on selected range, and a chart of credit points for year by months. Underneath those charts you will get a transaction history of the card/cards – just like you get in the card history section.

Profile:

If you click "Profile" you will be able to see the total number of card holders in your store, edit your name, store name, store website, phone number, email address and set the amount of points you get when you add 1 dollar in points as well as the percentage of points to dollars conversion.

Support:

If you click "Support" you will be able to download the wavetoget app that is optimized to your operating system and view the instructions on how to use it.
